Office floor had been done after the home was purchased but it did not last long. Therefore an effort to completely redo the floor was undertaken.
This is a closeup of the floor before redoing it. The previous effort was not holding up.
Some repairs had to be done.
The sanding effort half way through. All done by hand. The reason why is the boards are not completely flat.
Done with sanding.
Next step a natural stain.
Two coats of poly with a sealer to preserve the surface.
When the home was purchased in October of 2007 this was my office.
Now the completed project. The finest office I have ever had.
